Managed Long Term Care Plans Fight New York Bill to Eliminate Them

February 8, 2024 - A broad group of stakeholders from across New York on Thursday sent a letter to the state Senate and Assembly Health Committee chairs, asking them to drop their support for a bill to replace the state’s managed long-term care programs with a fee-for-service system.
